"Fit" is a relative term. Yes they will bolt up. The Z06 wheels and tires are wider than the base car and the offsets are different which pushes them even further out. So you could use them but you run the risk of damaging the fenders if the suspension compresses far enough on a good bump, etc.
All wheels for the C6, GS and Z06 are aluminum, only the style, size and finish differ. It's been many years since a wheel made of anything but aluminum was available for a Corvette.
Understood. When I said aluminum, I meant the flat "painted aluminum" finish that is dull and boring. I am looking for chrome as it really seems to make the color of the Corvette, whatever color it is pop.
BTW - I sent an e-mail to Keith at 1stratecorvetteparts as suggested above and he already called back with a really good quote. Thank you for the tip.
When I get the new wheels, I will have no use for these and I will be looking to sell. I will PM you.
Thank you very much! In the mean time; send me a price quote? Also, have you checked the forum vendors? They have some really nice wheels out there for a bargin. Chrome Spyders come to mind from.. um.. f*&^ I forgot his name
