Driver's side window noise/scraping
Not sure if this has been asked before--did a quick search first to not duplicate but didn't see anything.
Is there anything I can put or pour down in my driver's side door to keep the window from screeching when I let it down? It's been doing it a few weeks now--except for about a day after a car wash then starts up again. I live across the street from the beach so I assume it's sand in there; however, it always starts at the same section-about 3/4's of the way down...everytime. Or, am I being presumptuous and should take it in to have it looked at?

Mine is doing the exact same thing.I dont live near beach so it's not sand. But I see we both live in Florida. Maybe heat has swelled rubber seals?I would be interested in a solution also.

My dad said to put baby powder on it and it would make it stop but I'm not so sure about that. I'll let you know if I can find anything out.

Sounds like it will be a repair (at the shop for me as I don't and can't do my own car maint.)
