I think it really matters what you intend to use the car for. I havent used Zanio on mine but ive seen it and the results are amazing. That being said it is a show car shine (read: garage queen) and can be taken off with everyday chemicals ie Dawn. I use rejex as i drive mine in just about all conditions (snow is not fun).... the only way to get rejex off is to let it gradually wear off (up to 6 months depending on use) or mechanically polish it. For that my choice is rejex but im sure i would lose at a show to the zaino guys.

(seriously, Zaino has a line of premium products you'll need to look into)
Amen to Wolfdogs, he set me straight..........
If you really "Love" your Corvette only let Zaino touch it.

I am an open book...thanks in advance for your advice! I am so excited!

I just purchased C-Magic. Used at the Corvette Museum. Is easy to apply, looks great, and the interaction I had with C-Magic company, was extremely good. Best of luck to you with the new Vette. I have had mine for 3 months now and still get excited each and every time I see it, drive it, talk about it.

Although I have NOT tried it an old timer told me he uses Mop-N-Glo to wash and put a beautiful finish on his 1997 Ford Taurus. Then again maybe you should use Zaino. Vellovette

C-Magic is the only product the corvette museum uses on the corvettes inside the museum.

Good Luck!!!!
Same here. Used C-Magic on my 97 and now use it on my 2010.

I like Wolfgang sealants and Pinnacle wax myself. I've been using it on my cars for a few years now and it really holds up well. The biggest factor is making sure you prep the car properly before using any wax or sealant

I just used a Mothers claybar & TW-Ice on my new baby, less work and great results. I want to spend most of my free time driving it, not rubbing on it!

Wolfdog,

You don't know it, but after some forum advice, I began following your suggestions. So, I owe you thanks! Only question I have is do I need to order the z2PRO if I have a monterey red? From Zaino's online description, it says it is intended for lighter colored cars.

Here's my order:

Z-18 Z-18 ClayBar $16.95
Z-AIO Z-AIO All-in-one $26.95
ZFX ZFX Flash Cure Accelerator Additive $19.95
Z-5 Z-5 PRO Show Car Polish for Swirl Marks and Fine Scratches $16.95
Z-7 Z-7 Show Car Wash $8.95
Z-6 Z-6 Ultra Clean Gloss Enhancer Spray $9.95
Z-8 Z-8 Grand Finale Spray Seal $19.95
Z-16 Z-16 Perfect Tire Gloss $12.95
Z-9 Z-9 Leather Soft Spray Cleaner $8.95
Z-10 Z-10 Leather in a Bottle

Cheers!

While most everyone talks about Zaino...and "Wolfie's" car really shines, I must say a word about "Satin Gloss". If you want a DEEP shine with very LITTLE work ....I highly recommend Satin Gloss. I have a BLACK Vert and I can wax it in less than 10 mins and the shine will compare with ANY other product on the market. I have started showing my Vert this year (small local shows) and have won 5 trophies so far. EVERYONE wants to know how I get my Vert to shine like it does. You can use it in the Sun and it leaves NO chalk in the cracks.

congrats feels good doesnt it. microfiber towels are the way to go, i use eagle nano, or zymol wax. Also use the absorber to dry my car off. Whatever you use, just be careful what you do to it. Dont rub hard at all when applying wax, polish or whatever.
