Very similiar wheel design to those found on any number of cars, like the Mercedes Benz SLK55.

These are nightmare to clean (if you care about that sort of thing) with every spoke requiring cleaning. That would be 15 spokes x 4 wheels = 60 spokes which will need to be wiped every time the car is cleaned.

Agree with the other posts. The wheels look nice but they don't add to the sports car look of the 'Vette like the stock wheels.

Hi there,

I've added the pricing for the 15 spoke and 7 spoke wheels to the site. Feel free to click on the site at www.gmpartshouse.com.

Thanks,
Gene

When I was up in Sonoma CA for the ALMS races in July 2005, the Chevrolet tent had a C6 with these wheels on it. As I recall, it was the convertible Pace Car and looked great on the car. I would like to buy this set for my triple black vert but I am also interested in doing the wide body mod w/OEM Z06 wheels.

According to GM's own description, they are forged.

I know i am a little out of place here on this part of the forum being i am a C4 owner and all. But I love these wheels and would like to know a little bit more info about them. Like widths diameter and offset. If they fit on my 94 Coupe I would love to pick up a set. by the way I love the look of the C6 and almost bought one a couple months back but I honestly didnt feel like paying the extra monthly payments for a car i can only drive 6 months out of the year.

I think they are the same as the current C6 wheel. front 18x8.5 56mm pos offset and 19x10 79mm pos offset. I do not know this for a fact but I don't think they would change the size.

I am not sure what the offsets are on your C4, but it would be easy to find out on the C4 forum.

Just want some oppinions from the other side of the fence. The people on the C4 forum dont particurely like this design of rim due to its subtle "non sporty looks" one person even said it looked "ricer". I like the 15 spoke wheel and dont think it looks out of place on a C4 what do you guys think. heres a chop.

$2,150 for a set of four. For that same money, I could buy and install some serious horse power mods.

This was my first thought also. They look nice but I wouldn't want to clean or wax.

But 2300.00 to 2500.00 I'm not sure. I guess I should sleep on it before I make any buying decisions. I would like to see a pic of the entire car with the wheels on.
jeeze! the only difference between the base wheel and $2K chrome wheels is plating on the spokes, talk about ripoff!

the 15 spoke wheels are forged, much stronger than cast, a forged wheel is lighter than cast, but with 15 spokes, they might not be lighter, only way to know is weigh 'em

so, what it dumber, paying $2K for plating, or paying $2.2K for an extra set of wheels that are superior to the standard (chrome, polished, plated, painted, whatever)?

these wheels look great with machine silver

so does anybody have pictures of the 7 spoke forged wheels on a Vette? I'd be willing to bet these are less weight than stock wheels, and aren't as "busy" as the 15 spoke

They do kinda remind me of an O.Z. design...? More so the wheels on my last car, the Honda S2000

Gonig with a black 5 spoke wheel myself.

I'll pass thanks...
