Default Complete C6Z TR6060 and Differential conversion to C5 for 5900.00 (SOLD)

SOLD!!!! Thanks for your support!

The premium upgrade for 5800.00 plus shipping. Sell your trans and diff and get a large percentage back.
23kmi on the whole assembly
Some considerations: Build up a stock C5 manual transmission and you still have a weaker, inferior setup. Even with a max-effort C5 differential, you have a much smaller, weaker setup than the stock C6Z differential because no matter what, you have a much smaller ring and pinion assembly. Spend 3k on a rebuild for your T-56 and it will be unable to handle any more power than a stock one. Upgrade to the TR6060 that bolts right in for 5800 plus shipping and you still have a smaller, 27-spline shaft. Spend more by sending your differential in to have the pinion cut for a 30 spline and with the much weaker ring, pinion and housing you still have a weak setup and no diff upgrades will make the ring and pinion as strong as the C6Z.
Remove your trans and diff while it's still in good working order and sell it, and deduct that from your total cost. Now you're in for only a little more than a T56 rebuild.
You will receive everything needed for the conversion, except fluid fittings and exhaust work.
C6Z TR6060
Differential
Cradle
lower control arm
spring
sway bar with links
offset mounts.
90 day warranty
You will need fluid fittings, which are a matter of preference, but I can offer some help with the parts selection. You may choose to get an external cooler for the transmission or differential, but it's not needed.

Installation is relatively simple with the most difficult part for a do-it-yourselfer being the exhaust work and that can be taken to a professional.
Here's the original writeup on the install from my car that started it all for me back in 2009: http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c5-f...s-power-2.html

I know a good number of people making 1100+ crank hp running this transmission with great success. I've hit mine plenty of times with close to 1300 wheel which calculates out to 1500 crank at 15% loss and never broken one.

Just outside of Dallas TX, but the setup is up north. I can get you a shipping quote if you like. Just need your ZIP code.

yeah... it just means my car's gonna stay slow for that much longer.
thanks though

but then again... i have had a perpetual red drip from between my trans & diff for a little over a year now. i'm pretty sure my wife don't really know the difference between fixing a seal & replacing the whole shebang!

I wish this was up for sale at this price when I shattered my t56 and c5 diff and spent 4 grand fixing it back! lol
Great setup here for sure! Wish I had the funds to pick it up.

around 30lbs if I had to guess due to the larger parts alone.

The difference is less than 20 lbs for transmission/differential.

Not at this time, but can get you a rebuild kit for yours if you need bearings. Replacement prop shaft and couplers, so unless the housing is damaged it can be fixed.
