After installing my set the dual harness isn't a bad idea,
It gives you the freedom to mount everything wherever you want.
Yes it is long on the passenger side so you have to cut and crimp it back together after making it shorter.
The ballasts have a long lead about 18 inches so custom hidden install would be easy.
I can make a custom harness for you if you like.
I mounted the ballasts under the headlights on front wheel-well.
Total Install time including mounting ballasts and modding harness is about 4 hours.
Remember to oil you adjusters.
Also do not over tighten the bolts that hold the headlight in place.
For all of those who say the system is too expensive. A few people were having issues with paypal last night so i am going to extend it till the 7th. Checks or money order accepted also.

The t84 Glaas euro HID kit with bulbs that is not legal costs $799.00.
Yes this system is more expensive than that!!!!!
Also the bulbs and ballast are hard to find on that kit if you have one fail.
This is projection system like the new c6 lights. Full DOT compliant meets all standards of MVSS108
If you burn out a bulb with our system they are the same as the new Audi, C6 Corvette and BMW.
You will get a new full swap out system all bulbs, ballasts, housings, and harnesses everything you need.
Here are some basic install instructions.
The corvette specific will be done hopefully tonight.
I having someone else write them because Mine sometimes get a little vague.
The short harness is for the passenger side.
thread bolts in the housings before you place them in car.
Makes it easier and keeps from damaging housings during install!!!!
Aim your headlights down as far as they will go to start with you can always bring them up.
When you look at all of the parts and remove your old lights they system installs pretty easy and very hard to make mistakes.
I used this site to do mine light install
we have done all of the soldering you need.
You need to decide where to mount ballast.
Grab power right at the fuse block.
Ground can be found next to battery.
donot force your adjusters when you feel it stop it is bottomed out they will brake.
Here is a few shots from last nights install
LINK TO INSTALL
You all have my phone number do not be afraid to use it. I have already helped two people today with their install.
keep a eye on thread c5 general for install hint's and precedures.

I'll say it again, good job on this kit!

I have to say these exceed my wildest dreams. They went in night before last and I still can't believe how much superior they are to the stock lights. I have pics of the stock lights looking down my rural road and tonight I'll shoot pics with the new Vette-HIDs.
I'm amazed. It's a clean, white light doesn't seem to have the ricer blue tint to it. The cutoff line is remarkably sharp. The lows seem to be brighter than the stock hi-beams were and the light is much more even across the road surface.
I live out in the country with no street lights and lots of wildlife running across the roads. Do I think they're worth $1500? Every penny.
Call me very pleased! Thanks Brian!

My wife has really bad astigmatism and thus has atrocious night vision. Before this kit was installed she wouldn't drive her Vette or any other vehicle we have at night, unless there was simply no alternative. She just cannot believe how much of a difference the kit made!! It's incredible!! She has much more confidence now driving her car at night. The kit works great and looks factory installed!! All of our C5s should have come from the factory with these!!! Now, I may just need to add a set for my Z06 and since Brian is testing a set for the C3, I may need a set for the Shark as well!!
Give these a try -- you won't be disappointed. I HIGHLY recommend them!!

I already have top shelf D2-S bulbs and Philips ballasts with Euro glass stock lenses, so all I would need would be the new lenses and projectors if they fit D2-S bulbs.
Thanks,
Bill
