Default 2002 Z06 Engine quit while driving. HELP!

Ok, here goes my sad tale of woa! While driving home from work on the interstate running about 70 mph, the engine started to misfire, then I got a check engine light (flashing) and a loss of power. I managed to limp the car off at the next exit where it promptly died. I tried to restart but without really pumping the gas pedal it won't even idle. The engine in question has 38,000 miles on it. I had the car towed home on a flat bed truck. I've checked the obvious, fuel quantity, oil, or any other obvious conditions with no luck. Has anyone encountered this issue before? I'm open for suggestions before I let the dealer nail my wallet. Thanks in advance for any advice!

10 PCM PO300 C is the code that is causing your problems. It is a misfire code, check your plugs and plug wires.

The other codes are body control codes in history.

The only real code you have right now is the P0300. Engine Misfire.
The rest of them all have an H after them and those are past codes that have corrected themselves and gone to History. Follow the link in the previous post to learn about your P0300 code.

Default anonther thing to check

Also, there is a bolt on the back of the drivers side cylinder heads that holds an electrical ground, mine came loose after installing my longtubes and the ground connection was intermittent. Just something else to check, by the way, its hard to reach.
