Default My 427 and YSi are at Virginia Speed for the final tune ***DYNO GRAPH ADDED***

Here is updated list of the mods for the build;

-A&A forged 427 LS7 block with Patriot Heads running 9.2 to 1
-Comp Cams 232/240 LSA 116
-A&A newest YSi SC kit with 3” pulley (Custom 4" stainless intake tube)
-8 rib setup
-HD belt tensioner (Arun)
-Flip drive
-Tial BOV
-DeWitts radiator (2 inch shorter made for SC clearance)
-Spal fans
-Mezier electric water pump
-American Racing 1 7/8 headers
-RPM SFI flexplate
-98lb injectors (1000cc)
-Alky Control dual nozzle meth
-Custom fuel system
-RPM Level VI Tranny
-DTE Stage 4 3.42s
-Vigilante 2600
-3 Bar tune
-Tuff Stuff chrome alternator (just for the bling )

I finally got my car to Virginia Speed to finalize the tune and get some dyno numbers. On the 3rd dyno run it shreaded about 1/2 the SC belt..... Looks like I have the alignment off from the SC to the balancer. Hopefully it is an easy fix.

The car dynoed around 720 rwhp with no meth and a conservative tune at about 16lbs of boost (not bad for a car running a 3 rib belt ). It better have a lot more in it after all the trouble I've been through.

Hopefully, I will have some final numbers by the end of the week. Anyone care to speculate what the numbers will be.

Pics don't show the flip drive and alternator installed

Here is the long awaited dyno sheet. Not sure what the AFR and Boost are, I will post more info when I have it. I also added a graph of the old enging dyno to the new engine dyno (rough numbers).

That looks like a Reichard Pulley. I had the same problem when running that pulley, switched to a normal pulley and no more shredded belts. What size pulley is your setup? 3.25 if I had to guess. Good Luck, nice setup.

3.0 pulley from A&A, looks very similar to the Reichard brand pulley.

Looks good Mike.

BTW-no need for the Reichard style of pulley's with the FD. You'll eat up the belt in a hurry.

Without meth and an auto, I'll say 820.

But I hope it's 875.

Great build Bro.
I'll say 900+ but you might have to pulley down a little.
That was really fast getting those additional mods done!

you have to really make sure the tension is set up correctly otherwise those type of pulleys will grap the belt on decel and snap it. There is a shop in Houston called ASP who can make any size pulley for any head unit, just in case you need custom sizes. I had them make me a 3.4" 10-rib for my F1R. $95 and took two weeks later, I had it on the car.

Heaven help my bank account if I have to throw more money into mods to reach that number.

I wonder how big of a shot of nitrous I could throw on top. My car would be like on the Fast and Furious when they hit the nitrous button and everything outside the car got blurry due to the acceleration or was that Gone in 60 Seconds.

Hey Mike, here's a somewhat similar build we just finished up here, (same pulley and cube inch) drop a little for the auto, but I'll bet your close.

Congrats on the build.
