I am looking for a 92-96 six speed or 94+ auto car. Prefer red or yellow. Performance mods are a plus. I am willing to fly ANYWHERE to get a car. Location does not matter to me. I am 1000% serious I have been looking for the past two weeks every time I find a decent car someone neglects to post a phone number and wont respond to e-mail, doesn't pick up the phone ect... I refuse to buy a car I can not sell tomorrow for what I bought it for. KEEP THIS IN MIND!

Salvage doesn't matter to me as long as the price reflects this. I would be willing to spend $4500 for a six speed car that isn't completely trashed... Willing to spend more for a built car. MUST NOT BE TRASHED! I can buy LS1 corvettes these days for 10k with 100k or so on them. This means your 100,000 mile 93 corvette is NOT worth 8k regardless of what kbb says...

If you seriously want to get rid of your car... Today, tonight, tomorrow and your tired of getting low balled and having people flake out respond to this or give me a call.

yep, u can find 100K ls1 vettes for $10K, that have salvage titles, need transmissions, are thrashed, etc. I was in the market for a c5 for a few months, believe me.

and good luck finding a good c4 for that price, regardless of what you say, I say:

I can find c5's all day long... for that price... Want more just ask 9k-11k The normally sell pretty quick because thats what the market is willing to pay. I have noticed as far as cars go especially in forums and craigslist... You post a price get a hit or two... lower it... lower it... lower it... You will get even more hits... There will be a point where you are talking to 5 people a day and finally someone will FINALLY come get it after it hit the "magic" price... There are not a lot of people with money right now... Enough said!

I have seen that car up there... I would be interested but I REALLY REALLY want a red, yellow or black car... It is a very pretty car... Like all the new parts just sucks that its in the wrong color! lol I am sure you will get rid of it before long...

Just to let all of my "fans" out there know I am planning on building the car. It makes absolutely no sense to spend 8k on a c4 that I am gonna put another 5k into and end up with a 13k c4 corvette that no one will by from me! lol I know that loosing money is what ALL of us do but I am trying to minimize this. I have 25k into this

But this is one of those cars that will eat a $1200 manifold and kill a engine "just because" I have it up for 11k right now and still cant sell it!... I cant drive it everyday so the 7 is sitting under a tree... As a stock lt1 lt4 or zr1 or even z06 lacks sufficient power to go fast I plan on driving a car directly home and applying turbo chargers to it. Building a 355 and putting that in when it blows... I want to make a RELIABLE street able quick you can drive everyday and still get 22-23 mpg car...

So WHO IS GONNA SELL ME THERE CAR?

I sold a mint c4 few weeks ago for 12.5k You pay for what you get.
for 4.5k if the car needed major work id give u that but a mint flawless c4 for 4.5k not gonna happen unless somebodys about to get foreclosed on or something.
Or its a real POS
Or has 200k miles on it.
And as all corvette's go the older it gets the more its worth.
Wont be to long now c4 be worth more then a c5

Stock zo6 and a zr1 lacks enough speed to go fast?
Alot more to a car then going in a stright line.
I could get the fat kid who rides a scooter down the rode to do that.
A real sports car does alot more then that.
Thats what sets the Corvette apart from 90% of ricer's
a 200hp 84 corvette would own a twin turbo civic on the race track cause it handel's like ****.
You would have to whip out an evo or an sti to deal with it.
And just look at the price diffrence lol.

I'd assume something in better condition would command a beter purse than that, right?

Plus the constant using C5 values to devalue a C4 is getting old. They are different cars that are worth what one individual will pay and the the owner will accept, not less than the one you don't wanna pony up the dough is going for.

Not to mention when C4's finally do turn around the C5 will still be dropping.
