Default front dust shield torque specs

removed the three (3) bolts from the front dust shields of my 71. Does anyone know what the torque specs are. Checked my AIMS, Clymer and Haynes manuals they don't list. I'm thinking 60-80 lbs/ft. but want to more specific. thanks

I think the 2 lower bolts go through the steering arm and then the top one screws into the spindle and is short but pretty big and there are metal tabs that secure it from spinning. I've seen it discussed before and I have never seen a torque spec for the large upper bolt. The steering arm bolts though should have a torque spec. I don't have my manual in front of me to look it up.
