Default Thanks to CraigH - Gift from Australia

Mail was just delivered and I just wanted to put a public thanks to CraigH who was kind enough to send me these to add to my "collection" all the way from Australia!!!!

How freaking neat are those????

I have a small collections of tags that I keep in the garage, each of them has some specific connections to some person, place or event so it's sort of a touchstone for me. I'll add these new ones after I show them around a bit

Thanks Craig much appreciated !!!

You probably know what a "Shadow Box" is...you can mount the key rings in one of them. The "Lid" is actually a glass pane mounted on hinges to be able to view and access the key rings.. It also protects them from dust and humidity. The box can be attached to a wall or laid on a table as a display .

It wasn't ever to be a collection. Just neat ones I received over the years and kept in a box with other "junk" (guess I'm a hoarder)

When I finished the garage I came across them and started hanging them up.
There's a leather one there with the pink panther cartoon on it I made back when I was in grade school, my mother took a class in leather-working as a hobby and I made that, it's hanging behind my old dogs collar (miss ya buddy)
VIA rail one I got on the train first time we went from New Brunswick to Ontario to visit my oldest brother, I was probably 10 or 11
Bars I went to, places I worked, manufacturing companies I toured or did work for, first date with my now wife (CN tower and the Toronto Zoo)
That Midas one was from the place that did the safety on my vette when I first bought it
Even just looking at that picture now is bringing lots of these memories back

Glad you like them Mooser

They will look good in that nice collection.

And thank you for the obscure AMTops parts you helped me out with.

Closing off
Had to add another strip of corkboard, did a little re-arranging and there they are, right between the Lounsbury tag which was the Chev dealer in the town I grew up, Spent quite a few trips to the parts counter getting pieces to build my first car (1970 Nova) and the leather Moose fob that one of my Sister sent from NFLD for xmas when she lived there for a few years.

Thanks again Craig
