Default Where to mount the Fire Extinguisher

I'm looking for some good place to mount my fire extinguisher in my car.

I mounted mine on the front of the passenger seat using the holes that held the seatbelt clip.

Mine is on top of the pax wheel well .... I can reach it easily from the drivers seat .....

I've got the same set up as Paul 74, but I don't remember where I ordered it from as it's been a few years. If nobody posts up, I'll look for the receipt this afternoon for you.

I placed mine in front of the passenger seat location also. I made a small bracket with sheet metal then attached the fire exting. bracket to this so it would not slide around. I used the passenger side because it is usualy empty, and this was the easiest place to reach it if I needed it.

I have the same setup as paul74 only I mounted it on the pass side.

I recomend the halotron, if you do use it, it does not make a mess that takes a month to clean up.

Vetteworks (shortcuts below).

The Chrome Halotron 2.5 lb made by Amerex is $161.00.
