Default FS Original engine for 66 vette #20836

I have the original 327 300 HP engine block out of 1966 corvette #20836. The numbers on the pad are: 6120836 F0419HE The casting number is 3858174 with a cast date of D116. That means that it was cast April 11 and the engine built on April 19. The numbers on the front of the engine (under the water pump) are 174 & 462. I will sell it for $200 because it has been bored .060 over BUT I will only sell it to the original owner because I would like to get it back to that owner. BTW, I am looking for the original engine block out of my 66 coupe #21501 last seen in Oregon.
Thanks, Bill @ 360-668-8143

Not far from my 66 coupe #20669. That will be a great deal for the current owner unless he purchased it as a numbers matching 427.

It seems this car is actually owned by a Forum member. He doesn't post very often so a PM might not get his attention but an e-mail could work. He's a lucky guy and thanks for trying to get these two together.

Thanks all. I can't believe that the engine exists. I have looked for over 10 years to find it. I actually gave up. Thanks for referring me to Snohomish Vette.

it's a beautiful thing! Now if we could find a 250 or 300 hp 327 Ser # 16946 (1965) that would be a bonus for me.... as I have the right trans and rearend

Sold to MFJ66VET. Glad to get it back to the original owner; doesn't happen often.
