Waterless car wash products??
Is there a waterless car wash product that does not scratch the paint? Seems to me a microfiber towel is dirty/contaminated with the first swipe?

No waterless wash product scratches paint. The type of towel used and the method for wiping the surface is what dictates introducing scratches or not.

When I had motorbikes I never washed them with water and always used a waterless wash and wax. Just easier. I did not notice any scratching but they were also never very dirty. I personally would not use a waterless wash and wax on a black car or on anything with significant grime / dirt on it (as I would fear micro scratching).

for the last 18 months I’ve used Wolfgang’s Uber SiO2 waterless wash on all of my cars including my wife’s black metallic BNW. It doesn’t leave searches if used correctly.

I use aero cosmetics wash wax all and do spray, wipe with damp towel, then wipe with dry towel. Works very well for dust and rain spots. If the car is really dirty though I won't trust waterless wash
