Soft flannel for me since the '80s.

Gene,
I have a Wolf cover. I believe it came from Ecklers many moons ago.
I can tell you want to look for in a quality cover.
As mentioned, the liner is very important to prevent scratches in the paint.
Better units have elastic around the entire bottom. (think skin-tight)
Mirror pockets are always a plus for that "custom look."
And some come with a grommets dead center for bungee or cable locking.
As far as the antenna mast issue, you can snip a hole for it to protrude. Measure carefully. Then measure again. Mark a dot with a Sharpie.
Just make sure you re-enforce the hole with an iron-on patch material found at JoAnn's Fabric. Attach & iron patch on top and below the hole to avoid fraying / ripping.
Figure around $100 or more for anything with long-lasting quality.

The main thing is to get one made for a C3, not a "fits all Corvettes"
I've been happy with the indoor cover I bought from CC years ago...

I will be the odd man out if stored indoors only just your basic car parts store car cover should work fine. That's what I use in the winter to keep dust off a couple of my hot rods.

The CA Premium Flannel covers are from Corvette America, now Top Flight Automotive. At $129 they're hard to beat and last decades - I just put on a 3rd for my '67 since 1984.

From Wally World, soft flannel blankets sewn together, pick your color. Breathable, easy to wash, use it all winter to keep the dust of of the car.
Easy to remove and install, used this for the last 35 plus years.

I use a plastic see thru cover from Griots Garage for my restored 68 coupe and it keeps dust off and lets me see the car for less than $20
Easy to remove every couple of weeks to let the paint and interior breathe to avoid mold
