I know you don't want to ship this. But you could drop it off at your local Fastenal store and they will deliver it to another store for around $200. They even have fork lifts to unload you. You can just strap it all down to a pallet if you don't feel like building a crate. I've shipped countless engines and transmissions this way. It's fairly simple.

Let me check out the pallet situation at work and let you know. I priced it low assuming someone within 100 miles would want an easy strength and gear ratio improvement for their automatic C4. I thought it would be gone by the first weekend, now it amuses me in a screwed up sort of way.

I believe that would only ship to west coast. FASTENAL split country in half a few years back and only ships to side of country that parts are shipping are in . I'm East Coast naturally !

Just trying to pass on some advice. Good luck!

Don't rush for me. I'm not in the market for another Dana 44 at the moment. I just wanted to help you out. I've sold them here and on eBay in the past. You could more than double your price for just the Dana 44 if you would ship it. Even at $1200 + shipping for a nice Dana 44 that's a good price. If I bought it from you I would just re-sell it and that's kinda low.

He would probably make more money breaking the case open and selling the cover and diff separately. Both of those items ship easily.

Like I said before. I priced it just to move it but can’t believe nobody within 200 miles hasn’t driven over. I would have.
Thanks guys. I haven’t located a pallet at work yet that I like plus I’ve had all kinds of stuff going on like everyone else.
