Just spoke to Debotech in Mooresville, NC, & they are cranking out the splitter/spoiler of about 5 a week. The GM part# is 84456249, this is the part number that Debotech gave me. My dealer gave me the PO# that it was ordered on & my splitter is in their system with my name on. At this time they have 20 orders in house, so you can figure about 6 to 8 weeks if your order was submitted today. Anyway, they are being manufactured and are available. The part number I listed is for the black splitter, if you need the orange one, call Debotech & see if any are in the system to be built. Hope this good news to those looking for a splitter. Since I am keeping my ZR1, I am getting a spare, if you are going to drive the car, most likely you will need one one day.

George, thank you for the link, I went on GM parts direct (it was priced at 1850 before tax there) but they would not place the order. The link you provided did. I see what you mean about the pricing, a couple of dealers wanted 8K and most wanted 3K for it. I got mine for $2365 with tax but will have to drive 40 minutes to get it. Well worth it.

You are welcome JBlocker. I'm glad I could help. Someone posted on Facebook that they contacted Debotech and was told that they are making about 5 to 8 per week. I think they said that there was about a 2 month backlog at the time. I believe there is another company that applies the clear coat for them. Bottom line is I wouldn't expect to see one for at least a few months, probably more like 6 months. Maybe we will be pleasantly surprised and get them earlier.
