Default Color matched door handles... what do you think?

Very easy to install. Decent paint quality, color is exact.

The only way to go. They should have come that way from the factory in the first place. I replaced the door handles, rear spoiler and license plate frame with body color parts on my M-Yellow coupe as soon as the parts were available.

Real nice! I am not much into mods in general, but that is one mod I plan to do. Why have an ugly black spot (handle) on the side of your car when you don't have to. The color matched handles really clean up the car. Hey, you need to update your avatar now! I don't wanna see that black door handle anymore!

Look great. Can't wait for door handles and center brake light to come out in Monterey Red.

I was also considering the color matched dash pieces. I am not real happy with the factory silver ones. Just not sure I want to hassel with the installation. Any opinions?

Unlike many mods, these actually look good.

However, I'd leave the spoiler black.

they look really good.
For now I think I'm with the Professor on this one - I like the black pieces, especially since they give my son somewhere to wipe his peanut butter , or pizza grease , when he's entering the car. When he's 18 I'll get color matched pieces. But he's only 2 now.

you'll have to be careful about scratching those, but they do look NICE !

I talked to my local dealer's body shop and was quoted a price of $360.00 to remove, paint to match, and reinstall the instrument cluster pods and console panel. I asked how much I would save if I removed the panels and he paint them only. He quoted me a price of $180.00. I said I would try it and if not, he could do the whole job. Well, that nite I managed to get the instrument cluster away from the dash panel but couldn't unhook any of the switches from the panel. Next thing I know the brights was coming on and off, and then the wipers started wiping the dry windshield. Well, finally I had enough. Put it all back together, went to body shop the next morning and dropped off the car for the $360.00 job. Picked the car up the next day, all shiney, new paint inside the interior and looking just beautiful! I'm glad I had them do it this way as I was just getting way too frustrated trying to do this on my own. My own policy is: if I can do it, then I'll do it. If not, I'll have to pay to have it done. To each his own. Good Luck.

good match on color....I have LMB....originally ordered LMB handles, but they were too dark, sent 'em back and got Machine Silver ones, and they look sweet on the LMB.

The simple way to get the color matched door handles is to contact Lloyd at Brite ideas. He markets both the door handles and painted third brake light (besides being body color it is much brighter than the factory one). More importantly his prices are fair and he is great to work with. I have his door handles and third light on my Victory Red coupe and am very happy with the quality and ease of instalation . Next will probably be some tastefull fender guards.

Damn! I could have saved $300 + the cost of buying color matched door handles and third brake light. I knew I should have gotten the black.

I kinda like the factory handle...the different color gives me something to aim at when I'm staggering out of the bar
