C6 door panel, consol, and center channel speaker removal (pics)
I tore into the C6 this past weekend. The door removal is a snap compared to the C5, but the consol removal requires additional steps.
The door opening is 9 5/8" Thats enough for a 10" sub! But only about 3 1/2" deep. This car has great potential for sound with subs in the doors, components, and center channel location.
Here are the pics:

I said the same thing Randy. Lars was also talking about turning it around and using infinite baffle too. Would be different, thats for sure.

Chris...I have been upside down here at home. I am just about finished building a sound room for a local stereo shop and after that I have two more to do for two other shops. I have a big car project and my car to finish. All this on top of trying to finish the details on my new CNC router. Going crazy down here.......how have you been?
Lars check out the Dynaxorb product from http://www.dynamat.com They work very well.

http://www.madvettemotorsports.com/p...lation_Kit.pdf Found this to be pretty helpful. Not sure why there is not detailed instructions for door panel removal in the stickies. Maybe I just missed them.

Ken,
I'm starting my install too. Got the Ensolite and RAAMmat, but the audio hardware is not here yet. I'll probably be doing the door within the next few days. Here's something I dig up, should help both of us. Don't know about you, but I'm a audio install noob.
