I think this is what you are looking for. It's from Marvin, SuperChevyICM.
2000 to 3000 a few days
3000 to 3100 one week to 1½ weeks
3100 to 3400 days or weeks
3400 to 3800 one week to two weeks
3800 to 4150 one day or less
4150 to 4200 within a week to a month or more

I would guess low dealer allocation is holding up your order.

What is low dealer allocation? If my dealer has an allocation for my order and has an event 1101 (Order accepted by GM). What is a high allocation?
Does anyone know what this allocation deal is all about???
This is my 4th Corvette that I have ordered and I do not know.

Is the following still true?
C6 Production Updates
A Chevrolet spokesperson has informed us that C6 convertibles are moving through the manufacturing validation process according to schedule, which means that production of validation convertibles (those used by GM internally to validate that all applicable quality, durability, safety, etc. standards are being met) will yield to production of customer cars in the next few days.
Buyers of C6 coupes who wanted the two top option (the C2L roof package includes both the CC3 transparent roof and CF7 body-color roof) have discovered that it is temporarily unavailable. This is because GM's supplier for some of the removable roof's components is having difficulty keeping up with the Bowling Green production schedule. Rather than limit car production in accord with how many roofs they can build Chevy has wisely chosen to instead restrict buyers to one top for the time being.
And finally, the marketing folks underestimated how many people would order the navigation system in their new Corvette so there is a minor shortage of that option at the moment. GM is working on improving manufacturing throughput but for now there is a limit to how many Corvettes can be built with the nav system. CM
