Classic.com is my new market value aggregator tool. It appears that the C7Z06 is up 8%, whereas the C8 is marginally down (over the last 3 months). It may have been that one drunk buyer that skewed the data...
Note: there doesn't appear to be a way to filter by tranny type

That car doesn’t have any side skirts. I thought 2LZ came standard with stage 2 aero? Could be wrong. These cars really look odd without side skirts. 2015’s also just struggle with bringing the money.

I've seen a price increase the last couple months here in AZ. What are you all seeing out there?

Just to give a sample data point. A week ago a local Chevy dealer to me in the southeast Chicago suburbs offered me 71.5K to buy my black M7 2LZ, non Z07, standard stage 1 aero car. This wasn't contingent on me buying a C8, although they did try to get me to look at one of their C8s. I was getting an oil change and sales caught wind of my car and engaged conversation with me.

Sorry, I was so focused on making sure I wrote the color and trim level correct I forgot to list the year and miles. It's a 2019 with around 11,800 miles.

That's a good price from a dealer.

Lots of WTB C7 Z06 in the classifieds. I get at least one message a week from the dealer here trying to buy my C7 Z06! Hmmmm…….

I see lots of wtb ads but do they ever purchase anything? A lot of them come off as dreaming more than anything. Especially when you don’t see those same usernames respond to for sale ads that match their wish list.

Just my humble opinion but nothing wrong with people still wanting the C7 Z06, what’s not to like, they are an absolutely amazing sports car for the money. Have read several comments from people saying they wish they still had their C7 Z06. Some sold their C7 Z06 to get a C8!

I've been test driving C8's a lot. They are nice but when I get back in my manual C7Z it just doesn't even compare. The Z is so raw and thrilling. Almost scary actually compared. For a daily driver though, I'd go C8 all day.

C8s do very well on a road course and are very competitive with the C7Z. The mid-engine design lets the car rotate better in the turns and the DCT helps to get the power to the ground better, if a driver practices they can reduce lap times even more by left foot braking.
