What do you use to get them sawblades looking so clean?

Our car was a 33k-mile survivor when we bought it last year, so the wheels were still in pretty good shape cosmetically. They're not literally "as-new" but they look pretty good for being 28 years old.

Where did you get your tires from? I'm having a hard time finding any to fit my 86.... And thanks for the amazing tips on how to get those wheels looking fresh again!!!
