My dealer refuses to work on my old 2004 C5Z, so I was wondering if any one knows of a decent mechanic on the Orange County area? It's basically an HPDE track car, all stock, and various things are starting to fail.

I'm also willing to use a mechanic near the South Bay.

Anything specific you're looking for right now? I'm a DIY (and C5Z) guy, but knowing an idea of the scope of work could help others make a recommendation.

Currently I need replacement of a leaking steering rack, and I think an air injector valve needs replacement because the code has been firing.

I split the work between myself and J & D. J & D recently did the clutch, drive line, and some misc. on my '99. For the work described, I would take it there without hesitation.
