Macmulkin ERay list

Have you checked on your TPW in a while? It'll be interesting to see if they move up or back, given they're so far out and production seems sporadic at best. Last I saw, you said you were June. Mine shows July as of on 4/5 when I asked Shane.

I'm afraid to check and get more sad I sold my 2020... was 6/17... I'll ping again soon...

Exactly. I don't think they can build what they've already accepted (3000 status) on allocated orders. I'm guessing that allocations stay at zero unless we see production ramp up, and the current 3000 status order TPWs move up to a sooner date. If the current 3000 status orders from Feb stay where they are currently in terms of TPWs in June/July, I'd say they're done with allocations for the year unless they stray from the model year transition timelines that they've traditionally used in the previous few years...

no move again this week.

Heel & Toe
It is frustrating for sure and without communication from GM they are alienating their loyal customer base. If the car is not ready for production, because of either manufacturing or development/reliability concerns then they should not introduce it and announce it to world.
The other reason I bolted sometime ago from the MM E-Ray list was that I was able to get an allocation for a 2024 PTS 911 GTS manual at MSRP from my local Porsche dealer. I have been on this list for little more than a year. Ordered in March and build date set for June, shipment in July, delivery early Sept. with a very practical tracker and pictures sent to email at the last stage of the production process.
I've owned several Corvettes, Porsches, Mustangs, and various Ford truck products - this particular delay, even for GM is extreme....and coming from the automotive industry I know how difficult it is to launch new technology on time with reliability, but they have messed this introduction up royally.

No move again this week. Nor sure how many weeks in a row that is. I am over it though. It will come when it comes. I am not going to stress about the miles on the SR anymore though and just enjoy the crap out of it

I took my deposit back last year as soon as I understood that this was a never ending list and wait.
I am not against putting down a deposit when there's some some expected date of ordering but is just BS like Porsche dealers do. For them, this is a fantastic business model where they take $6000 from hundreds of clients when there are not even allocations. Imagine the interest they make on those millions annually and over a couple of years until they deliver the cars? Why would they even sell cars to those clients? The list never ends and people suck up by being on the indefinite list with no real timeline for a vehicle.
Humans are supposed to get smarter with time and this is just a car

…will likely be moving 1 position today.
After nearly 3 years since our Z deposit, this past Saturday we rolled our E-Ray deposit into our Z06 purchase.
It’s on the 2nd floor waiting for a few LPO items. You’d think after all this time GM could be doing better at synchronizing these $100 items so the dealers could actually deliver a $150K vehicle.
More waiting while growing older.
