Never assume a previous owner did any maintenance on the vehicle. Most people don't think about changing anything other than the oil and forget about the other fluids. Based on the age of the vehicle you're going to want to pretty much change all of the fluids. If you want to know for sure which ones are past their life expectancy you need to refer to the owner's manual. Personally I'd change them all.
