And would be illegal for them to do so. That's the difference. Is it fair? Probably not, but one GM can do something about, the other they can't due to laws. FL even doubled down on it saying OEM's can't reduce allocations to a dealer charging ADM's.

All GM can do really is come down on the dealers that say at the time of order, " It will be MSRP or XXX" but then the car shows up, " Oh it will be $50K over now".

Though haven't heard much success stories with that either.....

But with the price of the Z06 being MSRP now, I do feel GM should discontinue this policy.

You get it. This was the point of me starting this thread. The 6 month penalty has served it's purpose and is no longer required.
