Hey guys,

I'm selling the transmission out of my 2004 Z06 with 175k miles. The transmission needs to be rebuilt. I never abused it, but before I had it pulled it was exhibiting symptoms of a worn out 1-2 synchro. I could work around that, but in the end it started popping out of gear under throttle - my car is supercharged so that wasn't really going to work. I never ground gears, the gears should be fine.

The exterior of the transmission is in great condition aside from a bit of dust. No liquid on the exterior, all labels clearly intact. It's being stored inside an enclosed garage and was professionally removed.

I'm looking for $800. The transmission is located in Santa Barbara. I might be willing to drive an hour or two to deliver or meet a buyer. I'm happy to ship this if the buyer tells me how and pays for shipping.

How is this still here. If I had an auto C5 I’d be itching!!! I rebuilt an s2000 transmission back in trade school and was suprised at how easy it was. We had it back in the car and tested within 4 hours.
That being said it was a shop class so we had lifts and tools so take it with a grain of salt.
