Excellent comment. There is also the group that says getting a high horsepower fire breather is trying to make up for a lack of masculinity. I say that is the guy bolting a hood scoop to his Ford Focus. Or the Honda Civic with the home-made exhaust.

Sadly I have already been there and done that even at just 36. I have had back surgery, blew out every ligament in both knees (at different times), and cancerous growths removed twice. Everyday is a blessing and I just enjoy.

The Vette was a gift to myself after a year of surgery/PT for my back and to make up for having to sell my Mustang Bullitt and Tacoma for something more comfortable while I went through that year.
