Has anyone seen a 19" or 20" on a c4 I have a 93 vert. I was looking at a 20" rear. I was told that a 19x9.5 and 20x11 would work with a
285 30 20 in the rear and a 275 30 19 would fit. Any commens would be appreciated
I have seen 20x9's all the way around on a C4. It looked a little too big but that could be the wheels. What kind of wheel were you looking at Motorsports?
i have 19's all the way around on my 96. see sig... the rear is 19x11 with a 305/30/19 and the front is a 275/35/19. my car is slammed and i have no problems, but then again i have coil overs and i keep the ride really stiff to prevent bottoming out. if you are on stock suspension it may be fine with 20's when sitting still, but may be close when going over bumps on the road etc.
i think the 19's look great, and 20's would probably look awesome, but lots of people here will tell you they're too big... cuz they're old school and not used to seeing big wheels on c4's.
Does anyone know what the correct backspacings are for a C4 with 11" rear and 9.5's fronts? I have a set of Fikse with 8.5" backspacing for the 11"'s and 8" for the fronts( 9.5's). The original wheels are 9.5's with 7" backspacing . I was wondering if a 89 C4 could fit 8.5" of backspacing?
does anyone know where I can shop for some 19" or 20" or 21" rims for my C4? Id love to find something really exotic for the car, not like all the 5 star types...something with alot of chrome and BIG...like the rims on those SUV's
Does anyone know if they will even fit? I hate buying rims and then havning to MAKE them fit my car, like ive done on previous cars.
