Default Need ideas and comments on front bias-belted wheel/tire drag setup

Trying to put together a drag only wheel-tire package at minimal cost. If all else fails I'll call CCW. Already have pair of 17" ET Streets and plan to mount using my old set of 17" stock front wheels. It should work OK to put my old front wheels off 98 C5 on the back of my 01 C5. Keep hearing that bias/radial mix is a risky combo meaning I shouldn't use my front 17" run-flats. I've searched the forum, vendors, and the net. Can't find workable combo. Will 16" wheels fit on front over rotors? I've seen many photos of bias slicks with front runners but no one identifies the set up. Any help appreciated. Thanks
