Will this tire/wheel size fit my Z06?

I'm considering a new wheel/tire setup for my Z06 - 275/30/ZR19 fronts and 305/25/ZR20 rears. Will these fit comfortably without rubbing, scraping fenders on bumps, etc... ??? Also, I'd like to lower the car about 1" - will that still be possible? THANKS!!!
