Default Wheel question.... help please

happy new year all.
If I go to a 18/19" set up will i lose ground clearance? Something tells me i wont be able to make that little dip into my garage....

Tire diameter, not whell size, dictates ground clearance.

Go to 18/19" from what??
What size tire are you going to put on those wheels??
What were the old tire sizes??

It depends what tires you are planning to use.

I would suggest a 275/35/18 front and 295/35/19 rear. The front tire is almost identical in height to your stock 17" tire, and the rear is slightly taller than stock, so there would be a very slight gain in ground clearance.
