Default C5 rims vs C4's for autocross&drags

Assuming I run a good street tire (I am thinking GY Eagle F1 Supercar) on all 4 rims, which combo do you think is better?

C5 rims: 245-45-17, 275-40-18, all GY F1 supercar OR

C4 rims: 275-40-17 all around, GY F1 supercar

Would the C5 rims change my class for auto-x?

I believe that the C5 wheels (18") will move you out of A-Stock.
