Re: 305-35-18 Nitto Drag radials available now!! (CJS)
I have noted that the Nittos do not lose any over their cornering ability over the stock units. The BFGs may lose a touch as their sidewall isnt as stuff. Aired up properly you shouldnt be disappointed with the performance of either

Hey 2k1vert,
Did you buy these particualr tires OR the 305-45-18's??? It's my understanding the 45's are simply too tall for the Vettes.
Todd, Can you price match $229/ea delivered...... I'd like to place an order this week. :lurk:
I bought 305/35/18. I have not really had a chance to test them out yet. Car is in shop getting SC, clutch and gear installed. :D
BTW - I think I got an extra low price due to problems with turn around. I was promised 2-3 days and it was over 2 weeks so I complained and got an additional $40-50 off the total price. The tire was not even in their computer system when I ordered, so I'm not sure if they even knew what to charge or if they sort of made it up on the fly. Best of luck.
Re: 305-35-18 Nitto Drag radials available now!! (Buckmaster)
I bought the 305/35/18 RII from discount tire. Tried like crazy to get the 283/35/18 R's but they just could not seem to get me hooked up. I really did not want the RII with the stiffer sidewall.
