Anyoen know the value of HRE 543 used?
I have a neighbor who has a set of HRE 543's , 2 18x10 and 2 18x11. They are used but have minor imperfections. They also include four sensors mounted with the strap.
It looks like they are new $4694 from HRE without the sensors. Trying to determine a fair price as he wants to unload them.
Comments/suggestions welcome.

Someone around here has HRE's?!? On a Vette!? :confused: :D
Hey Dave, I'm guessing there's no tires, wheels only? In excellent/perfect shape, I would pay no more than 3k for them. In the condition you describe, I'd offer the guy 2500. What finish are they?
oops, I read this as if you were considering purchasing them. If you only want to help him sell, well, my prices remain the same. ask 3k and bargain from there.

You better put some mufflers on that thing. It sounds good BTW.
The sensors are off a 99.
I believe he was thinking in that range but I was not sure what the wheels would bring in a fair price.

When did you see/hear my car?
If you want to sell these, post em up in the C5 parts for sale section...If the wheels are decent, and polished or chrome finish, they will get a lot of interest, used HRE's typically go quick. Ask $3200 with the sensors, $3k w/o and if the buyer doesn't need the sensors, sell those seperately. $150 is a good ballpark for the old style used sensors. If you have pics of the wheels and need them hosted, email them to me, and I'll give you the links to post.

That was me over in Pewaukee the other day with the Quicksilver Z06. You drove by and gave me a wave a rev'd it a bit.
The wheels are really very nice. It looks like they have the typical mounting scuffs. One had the clearcoat lifting on one small section.
The centers are Brushed Aluminum with clear coat but the rims are polished.
