It looks like they only do steel wheels, but they may be able to steer you in the right direction. P.S. - I have delt with them before and they are good guys to work with.
Re: Who does wheel widening ( weld in section ) in Toronto, Canada ? (Micky6)
If you don't mind travelling 3 hours or so, to Rochester, NY, try this person. His name is Phil Ackerson, he and his son make, widen, and repair race car wheels. I understand that he was also widening aluminum wheels. Try either 585-334-5658 or 585-359-8722.
I've got an interest and I don't mind shipping so if you could post the contact info, it would be much appreciated. I happen to like sawblades but I would also like to run 315s on the back of my 96 LT-1 so I unless the price is unreasonable, I thought I'd pick up a couple used sawblades and just have them widened, throw them on the back and use the current 9 1/2" rear rims on the front.
I had mine done by Weldcraft for $175 per wheel plus shipping. I had fronts 9.5" to 11" and rears 11" to 12". Wheels can only be increased in width on the backside. My fronts have extra thick rotor hats and rears needed a 1/4" spacer at minimum. Do measurements and plan ahead to avoid problems/mistakes. Make sure you stress that the wheel measures exactly what you specify.

Thanks for the info, I'm widening the wheels on a 93 LT-1 40th
I want to widen, my existing rear 9.5" sawblades, to at least 11" to take a 315.
I know the wheel has to be widened on the backside, but
how wide can I go, + 1.5"( 11"), + 2" (11.5") , or + 2.5" ( 12") ?, and can / should I use a spacer to bring them out more, towards the fender to increase inside clearance?
I've seen the five spoke Grand Sport 11" wheel on some LT-1's, and it seems to fit fine
By the way, my car has been lowered, a little over an inch, (inch and a half w/ a full tank )!
Thanks, Mike

I want to do the same but have some concerns (see my Maximum Offset and Backspace for LT1 coupe rear wheels? post earlier in this same section: http://forums.corvetteforum.com/zerothread?id=594521). It seems to me that any aftermarket 11" rims while maintaining the proper offset, must have a larger frontspacing because it sure looks like any increase greater than 1" over stock backspacing will cause rubbing with the the stock muffler system at the very least and perhaps even suspension components. Maybe my math is off but if this is truly the case, it seems to me that unless wheel spacers are used, a stock 9.5" sawblade that has been widened to 11" just won't fit without inside rubbing problems. I'm going to look to see if I can find the dimensions for the stock backspace and front spacing (as well as aftermarket 11"rims) to see if this might shed some light on the subject but in the meantime if anyone already knows or has actually widened a stock 9.5" rim to 11", please post your experience, thanks...
Never mind, I found the info I was looking for and widening 9.5" stock sawblades to 11" ain't gonna work, at least not without spacers and/or fender flares....
I don't think this will work for you. I will be changing from race tires to street tires this week. When I do, I can take my front widened wheel (11" from 9.5") and mount it to the rear. I am assuming all front and rear 9.5" wheeels have the same offset.
