Default Any One Run A Hoosier Quick Time Pro On A C4?

I've been looking at a Hoosier QTP 17160. This baby is a 28x14.5x15 with a 13.2 section width. The selling point is a 12" footprint. What's confusing is a M/T ET Street 325x50x15 has a 13.2 section width and an 11" footprint.
Any technical types out there who can help me? Will this fit??

I have run the 27"x12.5" tire on my Mustang and love it!

I can't help you with wether or not the 28x14.5x15 will fit your application though. I do know that mackeyred96 has run the ET Street 28x13.5 on on 10" Welds though. Contact him, he might be able to help.
