345/30/18 and 295/30/18 who makes the best?

IM going the run 345/30/18 on widened Z06(18x12") rims. Do they make a 335/25/18?
In the front IM going to run a 295/30/18 on the stock 10.5" Zo6 rear rims. IM looking for a killer dry weather tire that will rule at the road course. Can someone lead me in the right direction? I cant seem to find a maker that makes both these sizes.
