TIRES FOR MY 70??

I currently have BFG 235/hr/15 comp t/a front and 255 on rear, mounted on alum 79 vette rims .I like the comp t/a for the ride,handling and in rain there great.These tires are not made anymore.Is there a tire made that is comperable to the comp t/a? oh i wont buy no ugly tire.

WW, I think that you're going to be somewhat limited in your choices, as the manufacturers move to the 16" and larger diameters for their performance tires. GoodYear, BFG, Firestone and Dunlop all make 225/235-70-15 tires, I guess it will depend on what you think looks best, and who has the best price.

Six or seven years ago, I put a set of Firestones on my wife's '79 coupe, and they worked well.
