Default Anyone have " Who makes it and where Directory" by Tire Guides, Inc.?

I'm trying to find out how old the Michelin Pilots are that came with my car.
The DOT serial #'s are : FH6WDTXX0100, FH6WDTXX0200, L and R front, respectively, and FH57B99X236 on both rears. Thanks, Jeff

FH= Manufacture Francaise des Pneumatics Michelin, Clemont Ferrand, France

The last 4 digits S/B week & year. Fronts look like 1st & 2nd weeks of 2000. Recheck rear DOT #'s, they appear to be missing a digit. The fronts have 12, whereas the rears only have 11.

Four digit date codes didn't start until circa '99/'00. The rear tires decode to the 23rd week of '96. With four digit coding the first two digits are the consecutive week and the second two the year. With 3 digit coding only one digit is used for the year. The advent of four digit coding means we don't have to guess the decade anymore, or figure it out by determining the years that the tire was in production.

Thanks, Duke.
I knew the tire dates used to be 3-digits, I just thought the change-over to 4 went back a lot further than that.
Thanks again for the correction.
