Re: Will 18x11 wheels made for a C5 fit on a 91 C4? (vettes rule)
Heres what their website says, "These wheels are available in 18x9.5 and 18x11, as a set of four, and have the correct offset for the C4, C5 and Z06 Corvette. Available in silver, magnesium, hyper black, polished and chrome finishes. Custom colors are available. Center caps and lugs are included." http://www.xmotorsports.com/wheels/

It is ridiculous that a wheel supplier doesn't know the wheel offsets of the wheels they sell. I would do the research on the required offset you need or have them guarantee the wheels will fit, not "they should fit".
The offset required for 1991 is positive 2.1875" for 9.5" front and positive 1.9875" (Grand Sport wheel) for an 11" rear. The rear tire will be dimensionally different from the body as compared to the front. I have seen pictures with the rear tire 3/4" or so out. See old Forum information. Either Corvette Fever or Vette Magazine recently had an excellent article on wheel fitment for the C4 Corvette.

Article in magazine was in Corvette Cars & Parts June 2003 issue. Article was great for C4 wheel information, but they did give a little info regarding the C5 wheel on the C4. They state C5 wheels will fit 1988-1996 car perfectly. Since C5 came with a few different size wheels (8.5"-10.5" wide), I don't know how they can make that statement. You mention buying 11" wide wheels, but from my knowledge the C5 never came with that width. What wheels are they selling? Magazine mentioned the 11" wide ZR1 wheel has tire 1.25" past rear fender, which backs my .75" past rear for the Grand Sport wheel.
