C-5 owner, Kumhos or Nitto's?

Which one of these will perform the best for Street
and Strip performance? Do they come in the stock
sizes, i.e., 275/45/18's rears?

Has anyone used these at the strip and lowered their 60'
times?

At the Cruise in I used Nitto 275/40/17 555r street tires, smoked them good and got 1.97 60's at that slick track. Yep 17" on the rear....helps with weight transfer and gives me a 3.30 gear because of a small dia. tire :D

Mine are Nitto's!!! Yes on the stock sizes and yes on the quicker 60' times :D

Hey, neighbors -

The Nittos come in a 275/35/18 size, a little lower profile than the /40/ tires. What would be the effect of using these on the back of a C5?

Do the 285/40/18s look horrible on the stock rims?
