Unique wheel varieties for a C4...Choices????

Does anybody have "Unique" wheels on their C4? I've seen pretty much the same type of wheels go around but I love the different ones like OZ racing, Centerline and Borbet. I dont really have a couple of grand to throw around on HREs etc. Dont get me wrong I could go for zr1's (17x11 in the rear ;) ) but are there any other options for about the same price??? :grouphug: i know you guys know of wheels people hardly use but fit so c'mon give it up....

the zo6 wheels are a lot cheaper then most aftermarket wheels and to me they have an after market look to them and not the same old 5 spoke factory type wheel like the zr1 and y2k's. also the zo6 wheels arnt as common as the zr1's. if i wanted an aftermarket look and not the price id go zo6. :seeya

A friend has a set of chrome Torq Thruster II's (I think that's the correct type) on his black '91... they look soooo sweet!

I was thinking about selling my Y2K's and buying his rims, but I'm still really happy with the look of the thin spokes on my '93.

I agree. Not only that but there's no way I would put C5 wheels on any C4 and be labeled a C5 wannabe. Corvette owners tend to be pretty narrow minded about wheels and compunding the problem for us C4 owners is the high cost of modular/three piece wheels in the sizes and offsets you need.

I've seen pictures of the Torq-Thrust on Vettes and I agree they do look nice. I dont want something that looks odd like SOME of the Centerline wheels...If I had the money for HRE's or IForged then by all means I would go for it but then again I'd probably throw the money into the engine/intake :crazy: I like the look of Borbet Type T wheels and for 17x9.5 I can get them for under $249.00 a piece...
Does anybody have those on their Vette??????
