Anyone put the stock 275/40/18 runflat on a z06 size rim?

I have form Mallett 396 wheels and do a lot of driving, some on 2 lane roads with no homes form miles. I have not had a flat yet and it would be a pain if it happened.

Time for new tires, checking out all the options....
