BFG TA KD's How noisy?

In Z06 sizes, I heard one owner say they were noisy!

CJS, I asked the same question a while back, and got a couple of serious replies ( got a couple of turn your stereo up and my exhaust drowns out the tire noise replies :lol: too )

From what I gather, yes, they'll be louder than the original tires on a C5, but not uncomfortably loud. And the performance they provide will out weigh any additional noise.

I'm having a set put on pretty soon, but will have to wait till spring till I can give my personal observations......

I have 22K on mine and yes, there is some road noise. They seem a bit nosier than the TA's I had on my 85 at about the same mileage, but then it is a wider tire. I cannot tell you if they are quieter than the RunFlats, I pulled mine off with only 3K on them.
I do hear them driving at 65, with the radio off, but it is not overwhelming, like snow tires or some 4x4 tires I have heard.
