I have a set of 3 piece forged aluminum HRE 543's for sale. 17x9.5 fronts and 17x11 rears with 8.5 back spacing. Here's a picture of one of them to give you an idea of how they look. Rims are in great shape. Make me an offer! :D
I don't want to waste your time, but I have a couple quick questions. I like these wheels, but do not have the funds to buy them, just was curious about the wheels, because they look great.
How much do they cost new? And what kind of offset are the rears? I mean are they set up for a wide bodied ZR-1 or a standard C4?
I know the wheels would look great on a vette!

Re: 3 piece HRE 543's for sale (ZX1100)
Those are beautiful lookin wheels - I assume that since you posted a link in the ZR1 discussion, that these are appropriate for a wide bodied Z, but just to be sure, is this the case?
Sorry for the delay with some answers but I had to look into what I had before saying anything. These rims are made for the C5 and do have a custom lip from what HRE says. The lip on these are 1/2" wider than what normally gets made. These have 8.5" back spacing also.
I believe they would work on C4's or ZR-1's but you might have to use spacers or something.
I'll probably let them go for half a new set's price. Is that reasonable?
The wheels shown are not actually 543's, They are a wheel designed for mallet as a private label. Before you sell them make sure that they are the updated version because the original design failed due to spoke breakage on a mallet car while racing. :banghead:
