C3 rotor clearance with new wheels?

Hey gang,
I have recently discovered that I can have a set of 18" rims custom made to fit my 78. Specifically, they are the Kinesis K58 with an 8" wide front and a 10" wide rear. I was wondering what would be involved to put larger rotors at the corners to help fill the wheel. Anyone offering suggestions? The stock brakes work fine, but it might not look that great with much larger and much more open wheels. Thanks for your help!
