This topic has come up many times in the past months. I suggest you do CF searches for: Michelin Pilot Sport A/S ZP, Firestone Firehawk SZ50 EP RFT, Goodrich, and Yokohama AVS RFT.
In summary, I have 15,000 miles on the Michelins and I would buy them again without any reservation.

The Firehawks are cheaper but the drawback is they are much narrower, about an inch and a half narrower.

The Goodrich are probably the best in the dry

but they are not very good in the wet.

The Yokos look great, seem to handle well, have a low tread life number, and they are currently unavailable.
