Default Fix a Flat - Ok or really bad?

My friend was unable to afford two rear EMT tires for his 2001. Instead he purshased two regular non-EMT tires and had them installed. He asked the dealer if is was ok to use fix a flat. They told him it was not problem to use it even with the sensors. I told him he was crazy. What do you guys think about fix a flat on your vette baby?

fixaflat is fine I have used it many times before on other vehicles... the problem is the sensors. In a pinch would I use it if I had non-runflats, however you run the risk of ruining a sensor. Post this in c5 Tech section and you should get a lot more replies.
