Drag radial street use

If a person didnt burn em off at every stoplight but only on occassion (who knows what that means :eek: ) how long would a set last on the street. I only drive the car around town would put the EMTs on for road trips. Would they last 10k miles? 5k miles? any thoughts?

I asked someone at Englishtown the same question. He was using them on a modified 62.

Occasional burnouts used daily would probably last a couple of thousand miles. He did not recommend them for the street, but loved them at the track. He was on his third pair.

You may get 5000 miles max. out of BFG DRs if you don't smoke them too often. You may get twice that much with Nittos, but they are not as sticky as BFG DRs. :cheers:
